Return Policy Creavidi

Our photo products are custom made based on your choices in our ordering tool. Of course you can return* the product if you are not satisfied with the quality, if the product is damaged and/or if parts are missing. We would like to ask you to follow the three steps below:

1/ Notify us !

Do you have a complaint? Comments or complaints about the product after receipt must be reported to us within 4 working days. We would like to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible, so that you can quickly enjoy your photo. After submitting your comment or complaint, you will receive a response from us within 24 hours. You can submit your complaint with accompanying photo via our contact form.

2/ We will send you a return label

We will create a return label for you. We will send you this label by e-mail. Print this label and stick it on the return package. Then hand in the package at a DHL parcel shop.

3/ You will receive a new photo product, a voucher or the purchase amount back.

Depending on your complaint and comments, we will offer you a suitable solution within 7 working days after the product has been returned to us in the form of a new photo product, a voucher or the purchase amount refunded to your bank account.
